About the role…

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Intune and Azure Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and the installation and packaging of applications. Additionally, this role involves the management of various policies within Microsoft Azure, including Conditional Access Policies and Intune Policies. This position demands a strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent
- solving abilities.

Location

The position may be based in a European country where Kendrion has an office (Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Romania), either based in the office or remote. Due to the nature of work the candidate should live in the European Union with the legal right to work (natural or with a visa).

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune Management:

Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)

Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot for automatic device provisioning

Manage application lifecycle, including packaging, deployment, updates and troubleshooting

Application Installation and Packaging:

Create and maintain application packages for deployment via Intune

Oversee the installation, configuration, and support of software applications

Ensure seamless application updates and patch management across all devices

Policy Management in Microsoft Azure:

Develop, implement and manage Conditional Access Policies to secure access to company resources

Configure and maintain Intune policies to ensure compliance and security

Migrate existing on
Prem Group Policies to Intune Policies where possible.

Monitor and adjust policies to respond to changing security threats and oranizational needs

Security and Compliance:

Ensure all devices and applications comply with organizational security standards and policies

Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents promptly

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure policy compliance

Collaboration and Training:

Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Intune and Azure services

Provide technical support and training to
- users regarding Intune and related services

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed

Collaboration in virtual and
- functional teams

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and Azure policies

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes and procedures

Do you have experience in following? Proven experience in managing Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure policies and application packaging and deployment Excellent
- solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory

Proficiency in creating and managing Conditional Access Policies and Intune Policies

Experience with scripting and automation tools (e. g. , Power
Shell)

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) best practices
