About You
You are a passionate and skilled Android Developer with a solid foundation in Kotlin and a desire to create impactful mobile experiences. You have experience integrating SDKs, working with APIs, and utilizing analytics to drive
- informed decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy contributing to a shared vision, and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on users' lives.

- Develop Engaging Features: Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for the Bible
Chat Android app using Kotlin, focusing on user engagement and a seamless experience. - Integrate Key SDKs: Seamlessly integrate various SDKs (Mixpanel, Apps
Flyer, Firebase, Facebook) to enhance app functionality, improve user journeys, and track key metrics. - Ensure Robust Data Handling: Utilize your knowledge of JSON and REST APIs to ensure reliable data handling and efficient communication between app components.
- Optimize User Retention: Manage Google subscriptions and leverage analytics and A/B testing to make
- driven decisions that improve user retention and engagement. - Contribute to CI Practices: Actively participate in and contribute to the team's continuous integration (CI) practices to ensure smooth,
- quality releases.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new features for the Bible
Chat Android app using Kotlin. - Integrate various SDKs to enhance app functionality and user experience.
- Work with JSON and REST APIs for efficient data handling.
- Manage Google subscriptions and utilize analytics and A/B testing for
- driven improvements. - Contribute to continuous integration (CI) practices.
- Collaborate with the team to align user needs with functional and seamless interfaces.
- Follow Android design guidelines to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Provide insights and feedback to foster a collaborative and
- oriented environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Android development (we're open to a wide range of experience!).
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
- Experience integrating SDKs and working with JSON and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Git/version control and CI practices.
- Experience with Google subscriptions, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Android design principles.
- Passion for developing impactful mobile applications.
