Middle SAP Tester
Job Description
Our Testers work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of applications before deployment. With deep knowledge of various types of applications, databases, and operating systems, they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction.
Our client is Kingfisher, a British multinational home improvement company, headquartered in London. The organization is currently expanding the Quality Engineering team and, as part of this initiative, we are currently seeking a skilled Middle Automation Tester to join our ranks.
In this role, you will play an integral part in our innovative tech hub, engaging with various aspects of technology. The position is a hybrid one, based in Cluj, requiring office presence two days per week.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibilities will be to test software systems, and you will review and analyze documentation specifications and understand the business requirements;
- You will be mostly involved in investigating, analyzing and writing tests for reported defects;
- Implement best practices for test automation to optimize test execution efficiency;
- Contribute to test planning and strategy, collaborating with QA and development teams to define test objectives, scope, and schedules;
- Provide input on risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to automated testing;
Qualifications:
- 3+ years SAP manual testing experience;
- Knowledge of Jira - defect tracking tool and test case management tool;
- Good knowledge of the software testing lifecycle;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to details;
- Ability to understand business processes;
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
