We are looking for a highly capable Net
Suite Administrator for our Business Applications team, to capitalize on the benefits offered by our Net
Suite ERP system. To ensure success as a Net
Suite Administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Net
Suite system administration and the ability to work in a
- paced global and multicultural environment.  

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, sales, audit, and reporting
• Performing technical assessments and solutions for internal Net
  Suite projects
• Maintaining change management backlog for Net
  Suite and Net
  Suite applications
• Process documentation and technical change documentation
• Ensuring optimal performance of Net
  Suite system and utilizing best practices
• Upgrading and configuring Net
  Suite systems for optimized integration
• Managing Net
  Suite users, roles, and permissions as well as customizing user roles to control access to sensitive data
• Supporting integrations, service accounts, and Net
  Suite Suite Analytics applications 
• Building custom reports and dashboards in Net
  Suite
• Evaluating and installing new Net
  Suite releases, as well as providing training and support
• Improving Net
  Suite through assessment of current systems and processes and recommending alternative solutions based on best practices
• Monitoring system health including usage and system performance
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and integrations

Summary of Requirements & Experience

• 3+ years of
  - on experience as a Net
  Suite administrator in a similar environment
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Net
  Suite systems
• Experienced with backlog management and prioritization 
• Experience in developing and implementing solutions based on business requirements
• Exceptional ability to understand Net
  Suite architecture and how to best leverage new features
• In-depth knowledge of Net
  Suite products and their functionalities
• Proficiency in creating Net
  Suite roles and managing access
• Ability to provide Net
  Suite training and
  - user support
• Ability to think outside the box to complete tasks and objectives
• Experience with application life cycle best practices and agile methodologies

• Solid working knowledge of Suite
  Script, Suite
  Flow, Suite
  Bundler, Suite
  Talk, and Suite
  Builder - Advantage
• Working knowledge of SQL for report writing and integrations - Advantage
• Experience with connecting APIs in Net
  Suite or other systems - Advantage
• Mesh Payments and Salesforce familiarity - Advantage
• A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous
