Our Client, a dynamic and rapidly growing global company, is seeking an experienced

Net
Suite ERP Integration Specialist 

to join their innovative team.  

This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of financial processes within the ERP Net
Suite system, shaping the financial technological landscape of the organization. The successful candidate will bridge geographical gaps with effective communication and management practices.

Location: Hybrid remote with 2 days a week on-site at one of our client's European offices in one of the following countries: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece

No relocation offered- you need to be based in Europe and have all the work permits, visas, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert solutions and support for Net
  Suite ERP financial and procurement modules to users worldwide.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the finance teams.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the Net
  Suite ERP system across global operations.
• Lead the implementation of financial change requests, managing
  -
  - end financial processes and projects within the ERP environment.
• Analyze, characterize, and implement ERP financial and procurement solutions to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Develop and customize financial functionalities within the ERP systems to meet and exceed business requirements.
• Ensure project delivery within stipulated timeframes and budgets, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage remote communication effectively using technological platforms, fostering collaboration and teamwork across different time zones.
• Coordinate with external resources, including vendors and consultants, to support financial ERP implementations and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields – Mandatory. Accounting – Big advantage.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in
  - on Net
  Suite ERP implementation, with a strong focus on financial and procurement modules and processes – Mandatory.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage timelines, budget, and stakeholders – Proven experience – An advantage.
• Strong communication and people orientation skills – Must.
• Deep understanding of financial and procurement Net
  Suite system, with
  - on experience in Net
  Suite.
• Service-oriented attitude with the capability to work effectively with diverse customers worldwide.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a proven track record of working in
  - pressure environments as a motivated, organized employee.
• Knowledge in the development and customization of ERP systems, particularly financial modules – An advantage.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry – An advantage.
• Fluent in English – Mandatory, with additional languages being an advantage.
