Inviting applications for the role of - O2C- Domain Trainee-English- Hybrid Cluj!

Responsibilities

• Offering the necessary reports and information for the internal and external controls 

• Preparing monthly performance reports according to the established contract indicators and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed by the client 

• Be an active part in internal new projects and come with new ideas & ways of executing them;

• Be an active part in execution;

• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs;

• Drive standardization and productivity improvement within the team;

• Be a continuous support to the team leader and always be ready to replace in case of absence – coordinating with different levels of managers

• Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks; 

• Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, within the authority limits allocated by the direct manager 

• Offer support to the team for customer accounts clearings and reconciliations 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum qualifications

• Accounting/Order to chash experience; 

• University graduate (Economic profile is an advantage) 

• Similar work experience in similar fields; 

• Work experience with an ERP system (advantage); 

• Knowledge on: SAP (advantage) 

• English C1

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

• Ability to be hardworking and to think “outside the box”.
