Job Summary:

The role involves managing monitoring and observability tools to ensure effective tooling and visibility in
- based applications, primarily within Azure environments. It requires continuous performance optimization and efficient incident response.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Platform Management: Manage monitoring and observability platforms for optimal visibility.

Collaboration: Work with CCo
E, development, and engineering teams to align practices with business and technical needs.

Performance Optimization: Enhance reliability and efficiency of
- based applications.

Incident Management: Lead incident responses, minimizing impact.

Innovation: Research and implement cloud observability best practices and Azure technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Azure Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, particularly monitoring and observability tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights.

Observability Tools: Proficiency in
- party APM tools (e. g. , Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic) and
- source tools (e. g. , Prometheus, Grafana, Open
Telemetry).

Analytical Skills: Strong
- solving skills for

Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders and collaborate with
- functional teams.

Role-specific Requirements:

Expertise in Azure cloud services and observability tools.
