The Job
You will be responsible for :
- All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility related concern.
- Supporting
- boarding/off-boarding of staff. - Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
- Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
- Project managing office renovations or new office
- ups.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a HR Administrator or Office Manager role, ideally within the Utilities industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You can work with minimal supervision and
- task effectively. - You have working knowledge of team management
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
