            If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Oversee daily operations in the production of automotive safety systems, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and time targets.
• Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and operators to ensure smooth production flow and optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate new products and technologies into production seamlessly.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production methods and resource usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Manage production schedules, inventory control, and resource allocation to meet production goals.
• Oversee logistics functions, including material flow, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of parts and supplies to meet production schedules.
  
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the production team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
  
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, operational challenges, and logistics efficiency to senior management.

     and if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the automotive or safety systems industry.
  
• Proven experience in managing production teams with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, logistics and safety standards.
• Experience in logistics management, including supply chain coordination and inventory control.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent
  - solving skills with the ability to make
  - driven decisions.
  
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO, IATF, etc. ).
