• You will be working in multinational environment and cooperate with teams all over the world
• You will be part of a supporting team in our Romania team for activities related to ATM and POS networks, electronic financial transactions, cards management, fraud monitoring, cardholder support, Bank support
• You will be interacting with various applications, you will access information, search data, create reports, report incidents, write emails, take calls
• You will learn a lot of technical details about the world of payment terminals
• You will excel in interruptions and switching between activities, emails, calls

Role Type

• Full time, unlimited contract
• Rotation shift system work (will be explained during interview)
• Hybrid model
• Office address: Victoria Business Park, Șoseaua București-Ploiești 73-81

Requirements

• Fluent in Romanian and English / (written & spoken)
• Any experience as an Operations Specialist with problem solving, telephone support is considered as advantage
• Effective communication and quick decision maker
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook
