We are inviting applications for the role of Opportunity Analysts – Senior Process Associate – English – Hybrid Bucharest.

Responsibilities 

• Create Opportunities directly into Salesforce application

• Communicate effectively with individuals and various teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely resolution

• Utilize standard procedures when dealing with problems and looking for solutions

• Prepare complete and accurate work/transactions including appropriately notating accounts as required

• Maintain basic knowledge of products and services

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum qualifications 

• Experience in actively creating deals in CRMs (preferably Salesforce) will be a plus

• Ability to work in a
- paced environment and prioritizes work to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines with extreme attention to detail and ownership.  

• Advanced Computer proficiency (including knowledge of
- based applications) along with excellent written and verbal communications and typing skills required.  

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and abilities to have critical conversations with individuals while maintaining a professional environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Any Graduate 

• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power
Point 

• Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak) 

• Good analytical and
- solving skills 

• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/Phones with businesses 

• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
