We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join the team Finance Solutions and Data Services inside Orange Services Romania.

The role will be involved into management of the run activities within the OB Fusion program involving both Saa
S and Paa
S production environments with a primary focus: release and delivery management, production monitoring and version control.

Below requirements describe an ideal role/mix, however we strongly value the person before us and his/her unique set of skills!

For release and delivery management:

* Improve and strengthen the existing release management process, ensuring that all deployment is in synchronization with the different functional domains of the project, coordinates the delivery of all types of Fusion solution from functional setup to technical implementation of Fusion extensions/components (BIP, OTBI, OIC, VBCS, PCS) in Oracle Paa
S

* Ensure the control and auditability of all solution delivery whether it relates to bug fix or enhancements

* Plan the release of project deliverables and release management lifecycle

* Build and coordinate the release schedule and resources required, defect and evolution backlogs, planned releases, and Oracle quarterly updates

For production monitoring:

* Assess the strategy of monitoring Fusion processes and jobs for both Saa
S and Paa
S production environments

* Design and build the tools to support the Fusion production monitoring (eg. Audit Ess jobs reports, dashboard, KPI that provides full control on production jobs activity and track/prevent performance bottlenecks)

* Ability to provide analytics on Fusion Ess jobs logs exploring the IA capabilities offered by Oracle OCI

For version control:

* Assess the strategy of versioning Oracle solution extensions (eg. BIP, OTBI, OIC integrations, VBCS applications, etc…) in synchronization with the release & deployment management process

* Define best practices and tools to support the versioning management and version control

* Improve existing versioning process to easily track bug fixes, continuous integration and delivery

* Help developer teams (GSM, ITM) to collaborate and streamline development to resolve conflicts and create a centralized location for code source

* Manage changes and versions of codes and components, and resolve merge conflicts and related anomalies

* Maintain the existing Fusion solution extensions catalog (incl. BIP, OTBI, OIC, OAC, VBCS)

* Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud and at least one of the data models: finance, purchasing, projects, logistics, hcm and a good understanding how operations are managed and executed within Oracle ERP Cloud via ESS scheduled processes.

* Previous experience performing monitoring and support Oracle Saa
S and Paa
S production environments

* Know Paa
S components (OIC, VBCS, PCS) and their orchestration in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

* Significant experience in data extraction tools (BI Publisher, OTBI) and expert with SQL Very good communication skills Autonomy, adaptability and agility

*Fluency in English

* Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science
