What you will enjoy doing

• You will participate to the knowledge transfer and interact appropriately with trainers and other contact persons of the local
• Organization, participate in knowledge cascade process for new employees
• Further, you will register and record orders details confirmation, as well to determine and modify or update delivery channel for orders
• Inform customers about changes and status and arrange return appointments
• You will record special deliveries, cancel deliveries and agreement of dates for subsequent delivery
• Maintain master data in the ordering system, manage queries regarding orders
• Actively maintain and expand
  - term profitable customer relationships through planned, controlled and well managed interactions, and proactive advice the customer to use alternative ordering methods

What makes you great

• You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2-C)
• Further, good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power
  Point) is required in this role
• Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
• You have customer support / customer service experience
• Detailed oriented and
  - solving skills
• You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation projects
