Based in Cluj-Napoca , you will be primarily responsible to for processing orders and ensure on time delivery.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensuring the
- time and complete entering of orders in the ERP system

Checking trade compliance issues for each order and generating order acknowledgements

Making sure items are delivered
- time and complete

Keeping a close contact with the sales team and applicable customers about the status of the order

Handing over documentation requirements to the Documentation Control team and ensuring the documentation is delivered complete and
- time

Conducting data management activities using the ERP and maintain accurate and updated order logs

You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization and you deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully and also partner with others to get work done

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree

Minimum one year experience in an administrative role (would be a plus)

Proficient English (spoken and written)

PC skills: MS Office
