The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Order Management Representative German Speaker.

This role will be a hybrid
- time position based out of our Bucharest, Timpuri Noi, office.

You will have the opportunity to partner with stakeholders and customers located across different countries in the European region.

The team

Avantor’s Order Management team is formed by 27 persons divided in 3 teams with 3 Team Leaders.

The Open Orders Management team is responsible for investigating and resolving issues that arise like: logistics problems, issues with our suppliers, and concerns related to available inventory.

The team involved in the middle of this
-
- end process: they serve as a link/connection between the customer, our sales and customer relations teams (front office), and the Procurement/Procurement, warehousing, etc.

Consequently, our activities are quite diverse and involve both front office activities and back office

What we’re looking for:

Academic: Faculty

Qualification (Economics, business sciences) and 3+ years in a fast paced, customer focused environment or
- academic background with 2+ years working experience

Biopharma/Lab environment knowledge (preferable)

Language skills: English B2, German B2
