We are inviting applications for the role of OTC Team Manager– Assistant Manager- English – Hybrid Bucharest 

We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in managing teams under the umbrella of OTC process, with experience in either or all following fields: R2R, Cash application, AR, AP. Ability to report out on consolidated results with great Client relationship skills is crucial.  

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of management of all the activities related to OTC process and its report out to the Client

• Relevant years of experience in people leadership 

• Great reporting skills, expertise in Excel, macro writing experience is a plus

• Proven Client relationship skills

• Great communication skills in English, any other language is an advantage ( German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Czech)

• Experience in either AR, AP, Cash application is required

• Finance , Business management degree is a plus

Preferred qualifications 

• Meaningful Experience in Captive/Outsourcing OTC Ops

• Good Written/Verbal Communication

• MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros

• IT skills: ERP (People
Soft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office

• Partner Management experience

• Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
