Part-Time Sales Representative
Location: Eastern Europe (e. g. , Ukraine, Poland, Romania)
Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus commission on upgraded accounts and renewals

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Representative to join this dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guide them through the onboarding process, and encourage them to upgrade to premium tiers. You’ll also support existing customers by ensuring accurate billing based on their monthly API usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management
- Respond to inquiries about the SDK and API, providing accurate product information.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential usage needs.
- Demo Account Setup
- Create and distribute API keys for new demo accounts.
- Assist new users with setup and initial technical questions.
- Sales & Upgrade Process
- Follow up with demo users to encourage upgrades to premium pricing tiers.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure timely communication.
- Usage Monitoring & Reporting
- Track API call data for paying customers on a monthly basis.
- Send

- month usage reports. - Identify potential overages and communicate with customers proactively.
- Billing & Overages
- Generate invoices for subscriptions and overages.
- Ensure accurate and timely customer billing using finance tools or systems.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding account status, billing, and usage.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive renewals and upsells.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1+ years in sales, account management, or
- facing roles. - Experience managing inbound pipelines or
- based products is a strong plus.
- 1+ years in sales, account management, or
- Technical Aptitude:
- Basic understanding of APIs, SDKs, or blockchain technology is advantageous.
- Comfort explaining technical concepts to
- technical audiences.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.
- Organization & Attention to Detail:
- Proficiency in managing multiple accounts, usage data, and billing details.
- Strong
- up skills and highly organized.
- Tools & Software:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e. g. , Hub
Spot, Salesforce) for lead tracking. - Experience using spreadsheets or analytics dashboards for monitoring and reporting.

- Knowledge of NFTs and blockchain technology is a major advantage but not mandatory.
