We are seeking an experienced Payment Officer who can lead the development of payment strategies for
- risk industries (e. g. , Forex, cryptocurrency, online gambling, or similar sectors). This role involves designing and optimizing payment schemes, integrating payment systems, and establishing strong,
- term relationships with banks and payment providers. The ideal candidate will have a financial or legal background, a strategic mindset, and the ability to proactively address complex payment challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement comprehensive payment strategies tailored to the needs of
  - risk industries, ensuring efficient payment workflows and risk mitigation.

• Payment Infrastructure Optimization:
  Design, optimize, and scale payment schemes for various payment methods (e. g. , cards, Pay
  Pal) and payment routes (routing) to ensure smooth and secure operations.

• Partnership and Vendor Management:
  Build and maintain strategic relationships with banks and payment providers specializing in
  - risk industries. Negotiate terms and resolve escalated payment issues, ensuring seamless collaboration with financial institutions.

• Compliance and Risk Management:
  Ensure adherence to international payment regulations (e. g. , SWIFT, SEPA) while developing payment strategies that meet legal requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Mitigate risks associated with payment operations and regulatory compliance.

• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  Analyze existing payment processes and continuously enhance them. Stay informed on emerging industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to implement innovative payment solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.

• 4+ years of experience in banking, payment systems, or financial operations within
  - risk industries, with a proven track record in building and optimizing payment strategies.

• Strong knowledge of payment systems and regulations (SWIFT, SEPA, Central
  Link), with experience in international financial markets and
  - risk industries.

• Demonstrated experience in payment system integration and administration.

• Professional certifications (e. g. , CPA, ACCA) are a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Background in financial or legal fields.

• Experience in international financial institutions or brokers working with
  - risk industries, with a focus on developing and executing payment strategies.

• Proven ability to drive payment strategy development in dynamic environments.
