We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support both strategic and operational initiatives for one of the group companies within the payroll area. Location: Cluj-Napoca, Cluj Main responsibilities: Verify the correctness of the data entered in the monthly employee timesheets; Manage and participate in the process of calculating monthly salaries according to timesheets, running the calculations in the existing payroll application; Provide input information in the payroll application for salary calculations (bonuses, any type of allowances, medical leave, withholdings,
- kind benefits, garnishments, etc. ); Prepare monthly timesheets and payment statements, and transmit the necessary information to interested parties (finance department, controlling); Ensure timely payment of all salaries to employees (salary entitlements, bonuses granted for public holidays, etc. ); Prepare and provide legally required documentation to competent authorities (FNUASS recovery files, statistical reports, garnishment orders, etc. ); Contribute to the preparation of the salary budget for personnel expenditure across all company functions; Assist in preparing requested reports specific to payroll activities. Skills and qualifications: Higher education in human resources, business, or economics; Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll is a significant advantage; Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices; Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
