Our client, TESLA GROUP, is an international company with the mission to bring people sustainable energy through new energy concepts. To meet market demand, they are building a new
- tech production plant - Gigafactory Braila, Romania, that will be the second and biggest production plant of the TESLA Group.
The plan is to build a leading
- tech production plant company, TESLA Energy Storage SRL, Gigafactory Braila within the next 12 months, and now we are seeking an experienced and dynamic People and Culture Manager to join our team in our factory in Braila, Romania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people and Culture strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Identify and assess current and future human resources needs, ensuring the recruitment and retention of a
- performing workforce;
Collaborate with senior management to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning;
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction;
Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement, including recognition programs,
- building activities, and communication strategies;
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement;
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates;
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated into the organization smoothly;
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to ensure employees receive regular feedback and support;
Manage the annual performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations;
Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development;
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations;
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable workplace;
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions;
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company objectives;
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Qualification & requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, high tech, automation;
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Romania, and any other countries is beneficial;
Proven experience in employee engagement and culture development;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
Strong analytical and
- solving abilities;
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially SAP/Success Factor is an advantage;
Proficiency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken;
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
