People Coach

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Constantly evaluating and assessing the soft skills of developers to identify strengths and areas for improvement (together with the Solution Architects)
- Strong collaboration with Solution Architects, IT Product Manager and IT Technical Product Manager to ensure developers are meeting the performance expectations
- Designing and delivering training programs on communication, teamwork, leadership, and other soft skills
- Facilitating activities and workshops that promote team cohesion and collaboration
- Assisting in resolving interpersonal conflicts within the team
- Conducting regular evaluations to track progress
- Acting as a mentor to guide developers in their career growth and personal development
- Encouraging participation in events that expand their professional network and expose them to new ideas and perspectives
- Deploying IT management strategy to the team
- Managing the external contracts in the Group in collaboration with Purchasing and other admin related work
- Direct link to local HR regarding different rules, approvals, salary increase through dialogue
- Permanent collaboration with the Solution Architects regarding trends, needs and feedback regarding the team
- Supports with the recruitment process (soft skills)
- Handles onboarding process (for internal and external)
- Ensures adherence to processes and best practices (based on ALV standards and based on DEV Group strategy)
- Adhering to the software development principles & activities as well as promoting the One
Dev
Team strategy to the team - Ensures availability and proper staffing
- Maintains the skill matrix of the One
Dev
Team's including updates for new hires and departures (as well as other related activities) - Other administrative tasks related to developers in the group
- Supporting with the training and sharing best practices within the group - Creating, updating, maintaining, improving reports that provide actionable insight that contribute to the overall team support
