Job Description
We are looking for an experienced People Partner based in Cluj, to join our EMEA People Partnering Team.
As a key member of our People Partners team, you will play an important role in shaping our people strategy and driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
The People Partner plays a crucial role in aligning Endava's human resources strategy with its overall business objectives. Serving as the primary contact for all people matters, they function as an advocate for employees, an expert in employee relations, a catalyst for change, and a strategic advisor to the business. By possessing a deep understanding of the market within their designated unit, the People Partner can effectively shape and position the unit for success by leveraging the power of our people.
In their capacity, the People Partner drives the global human resources strategy for our Cluj location. This involves collaborating closely with business leaders and managers to drive employee engagement initiatives, devise talent management strategies, and develop initiatives that advance shared organizational goals, ultimately leading to tangible business outcomes. Additionally, the People Partner ensures adherence to legal regulations within their purview, collaborating closely with other HR functions to maintain compliance across the board.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and expert guidance on people related matters, including employment law, engagement and talent development, aligning business strategy with the People agenda.
- Drive and provide guidance on core People processes across the Cluj DU (engagement, workforce planning, grades and salary review processes, talent management, performance issues) and ensure alignment across processes with the rest of the region.
- Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, ensuring effective collaboration with leadership and employees.
- Design, deploy and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance organisational culture and employee satisfaction
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the capability growth plan for the DU, working with leaders to ensure it addresses the skills gaps and career growth plans of the individuals and teams.

- making and improve HR processes - Drive change management initiatives to support organisational growth and transformation
- Develop and manage succession planning and leadership development programmes
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business needs and objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Experience in IT industry and larger organizations is highly beneficial;
- Several years of work experience in an HR role with demonstrated expertise in multiple HR areas including Operations, organizational development, talent and performance management, or compensation and benefits,
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting mid and
- level leaders; - Experience in working on international projects is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and regulations is required, familiarity with laws in other European countries would be a plus
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and leading HR initiatives in a complex,
- paced environment. - Fluency in Romanian and English is required.
- CL grade
- Fixed term contract for 2 years
