As People Serices Senior Specialist, you’ll be part of People Experience Connect, part of a customer service driven area, within an exciting global environment, taking care of our people across multiple locations.
Your responsibilities
Support employees and managers with high quality response to their queries within a short time frame. This is the N°1 priority for the role
Act as a GBC Team coordinator supervising daily operations
Handle day to day transactions of low to medium complexity related to people processes across the Hire to Retire processes
Prepare and support on all seasonal events like performance review, Annual salary review etc.
Perform administrative work as needed by PX Team such as: issuing offer letters, employment documentation not available in
- service, and other.
Collaborate with the other People Function teams to case manage and resolve complex issues
Manage global support like reorganizations, redundancy processing etc.
Support in bulk changes and uploads of data arising out of different projects or events
Educate employees and make awareness about the
- help options available for them in each opportunity
Analyze trends of queries and proactively suggest areas for improvement
Build strong peer relationships within the people services team and the larger people organization
What you bring
8+ years of experience in HR Shared Services and/or as HR Generalist supporting organizations with global presence
Bachelor in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
HRIS Exposure
Proactive, Problem Solving and Customer Service mindset
Query Analysis experience
Advanced English
