An experienced People
Soft Financials specialist is required to provide technical expertise for user issues and change requests in People
Soft Financials, specifically focused on modules related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Management, and Reconciliations. The role is part of a dynamic ERP Solutions team and involves collaborating with business stakeholders, ICT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and process execution within People
Soft Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development & Execution: Extract closing balances and transaction data from SWIFT bank statements of multiple banks. Integrate and upload extracted data into People
Soft Financials. Generate closing balance files and forecasted payment files for interfacing with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).

Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with business users to gather and document business logic for data extraction and integration. Develop a custom interface for bank statement uploads, allowing business users to validate and reconcile data before final load into People
Soft.

System Coordination & Process Management: Coordinate the daily execution of processes with the ICT department, business users, and
- party vendors (including TMS and hosting partners). Establish and implement notification systems for successful uploads and create failover procedures in case of issues.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and data validation to ensure the reliability of the system and data integrity. Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any identified issues. Develop and implement fixes based on feedback during UAT.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation of processes and workflows. Provide technical support and training as needed to ensure smooth handover and operation.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

People
Soft Financials Expertise: experience working with the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Reconciliation modules in People
Soft Financials.

People
Tools & People
Code: Advanced knowledge of People
Tools 8. 5x and People
Code (including application packages and workflow development).

Integration & Workflow: Strong experience designing and implementing integration broker messages, component interfaces, and complex workflows. Knowledge of integration with Cloud Saa
S solutions is a plus.

Problem Solving & User Support: Proven ability to solve technical issues and support
- technical end users.

Approval Workflows: Experience creating and managing complex approval workflows within People
Soft.

Additional Knowledge: Experience with People
Soft HCM 9. x is desirable but not essential.

Other Requirements:

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and
- technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on system reliability and user experience.
