We are currently seeking a Photo/Videographer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality videos and photographs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute visual content strategies.
• Edit and post-process video footage and photos to ensure a professional and polished final product.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements for visual content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content production.
• Develop and implement social media visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
• Analyze the performance of visual content on social media platforms and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e. g. , Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e. g. , Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Experience with social media platforms and understanding of the type of visual content that performs well on each.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e. g. , Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
