Key responsibilities of your role:

• Delivery of Cloud native and Hybrid infrastructure (PAAS/IAAS/DC Infra) workloads via IAC principles.
• Design/Deliver/Automate/Script/Program the delivery of shared modules and new azure services for Platform or Product teams to consume.
• Debug/Improve existing Building Blocks in the service catalog.
• Educate/collaborate with platform/application/product teams in how to best consuming/use/configure (new) Azure services.
• Propose/Execute cost optimizations of our cloud workloads by interpreting our IT Finops dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT owners and Solution Design teams during the analysis & design phase of projects.
• Assist in migrating/transforming on premises workloads/technologies/infrastructure to cloud
• Plan/Prepare work according to the team Agile Methodology and team priorities.
• Act as a
  - SPOC for the projects/activities you participate on behalf of the team.
• Ensure optimal working of cloud and on premises traditional (datacenter) workloads
• Perform L3 support and participate in 24/7
  - call activity (1-2 times per week).
• Take part when needed in troubleshooting sessions together with your
  - peers as with cloud engineers from Dev
  Sec
  Ops teams.
• Contribute to the strategy in your domain.
• Understand departmental & company challenges in order to effectively contribute to the technology strategy in his/her domain.
• Stay informed of Ahold Delhaize’s strategic business plans. Actively promote and execute the “Azure Cloud First” strategy in all projects/technologies in your scope.
• Support the Platform Owner in creating the yearly projects plan & budgets in his/her domain.
• Provide direction and technical expertise to the Application/Product/Platform teams in the organization for his/her functional areas.
• Understand & follow market technology trends, and remain at a
  -
  -
  - art level within his/her domain, through trainings, workshops and own research.
• Investigate and keep up to date with the latest Azure and
  - prem services making sure you are ready to use/apply them in projects coming to the Platform team.
• nsures compliance of Ahold Delhaize IT Policies and baselines including the company Security Control Framework and Service Management Control Frameworks
• Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the Ahold Delhaize standards.
• Act according to ITIL best practices (a. o.
  - and incident management).

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the delivery/configuration of Cloud and data center services (PAAS , IAAS and DC infra) using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• You have experience in delivering and
  - creating standard infrastructure building blocks that will be consumed by application/product teams on top of which they will host or deploy their applications.
• You have experience in cloud infrastructure services that will be running and you can deliver in a secure way and are compliant with the Ahold
  Delhaize Security and Service Management control frameworks.
• You have experience in supporting/guideing/coaching application/product teams in onboarding their applications to the Azure cloud as you will make sure new business projects can consume the Azure Cloud services in a standardized way and that the Azure Platform is ready to support future business requirements.
