David Kennedy Recruitment is working with leading casino & sports betting company that is looking to recruit English speaking Player Safety Agent to join their Bucharest team.
Position: Player Safety Agent
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Work model: hybrid 2/3, after the training period (2 days office, 3 days home)
Employment type: Full-time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage operational tasks within the Risk & Finance process for designated risk levels
- Support the seamless operation of the team’s workflows
- Analyze and oversee activities of
- and
- level risk players - Monitor and act upon alerts from the internal detection system (ROBIN)
- Collaborate with specialists to resolve and close support tickets effectively
- Maintain and regularly update administrative forms related to the role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in online gaming,
- commerce, online payments, or banking - Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Fluency in French, Spanish or Dutch will be considered as an advantage
- Strong customer support expertise
- Knowledge of Responsible Gaming laws and addiction prevention will be considered as an advantage
- Familiarity with
- money laundering laws and regulations - Awareness of online gaming regulations at both local and international levels
- Understanding of personal data protection requirements (e. g. , GDPR)
- Basic knowledge of information security principles (ISMS)
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
