PO Analytics - Commercial Manufacturing Management
Job Description
- Responsible for analytics solutions with commercial focus in domain Manufacturing Management (MAN), e. g. global manufacturing collaboration data mart, investment management reports, plant maintenance dashboard, production volume allocation reports.
- Responsible for the technical development of analytics solutions throughout the entire lifecycle. This includes:
- Collecting, understanding, and prioritizing process requirements from customer (central functional areas, process managers, process experts, users, …)
- Converting process requirements into IT requirements and work items (e. g. user stories) for software developers
- Ensuring the implementation of process requirements into a solution with Dev
Ops (development and operation) team - Defining test criteria and accepting development results
- Defining and monitoring development schedule and other work packages, e. g. authorization concept, user documentation, …
- Ensure solution release according to process and regulations
- Active communication (connection) between process and development
- Ensure team performance in solution development and operation.
- Communication to stakeholders on various levels, as well as synchronization with partners and escalation management.
- Improving applied methods and tools with other product owners and agile masters for m. DNA.
Qualifications
- Education: Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable area
- Languages: Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, German desirable
- Experience: experience as product owner, project management, IT software development or product software development. Experience with agile methodologies (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban) is desirable
- Technical skills: Knowledge of manufacturing management process, e. g. production planning, investment planning, maintenance in product lines. Knowledge about agile development, project management, requirements engineering, and analytics are desirable
- Soft skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with
