The Mission
Change & Transformation is part of the COO organization and contributes to the COO purpose ‘We apply our expertise to drive secure, efficient processes for our customers and the organization’. The purpose of the Change & Transformation organization is to ensure strong transformation by
- actively steering and driving complex change with energy and rigor to deliver on our strategy. The core responsibilities are clustered around three areas:
- Steering the change portfolio
- Driving the change delivery
- Building capabilities
Your day to day
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will be centered around two topics, providing operational support for the global Change & Transformation organization, and supporting the domain Portfolio Managers in their daily operations.
Global C&T support:
Collaborating within the R&A team while offering services and support to colleagues worldwide
Taking charge of 1st line support for time writing, including user Q&A, delegation process assistance, and maintaining data quality
Managing the upkeep of the Service
Now PPM, including the global tribe structure and data quality
Overseeing general service operations for Service
Now PPM, handling tickets and
- hoc requests
Portfolio Management Support:
You support the Portfolio Managers Retail, WB, Group Staff and CTO in steering and directing the change portfolio within the respective domains to deliver on ING’s strategy.
You will be functionally reporting to the Global lead of Reporting & Analytics (R&A) and to the domain Portfolio Managers of Change & Transformation and hierarchically reporting to the lead of Change Experts in ING Hubs Romania.
What you’ll bring to the team
1-5 years of experience in operational support / PMO / Portfolio Management
Familiarity with Service
Now PPM and time writing is a plus
Proficiency in written and spoken English
A practical,
- on, and flexible approach
Strong customer support & teamwork
Relevant certifications
Be a key player in facilitating change and transformation within ING.
