Are you the one?

As POS Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving an optimal distribution and sales of our fruits & vegetables regarding existing as well as new supermarkets within Romania. Therefore, you will have the global view regarding our sales activity and strategy in order to increase our sales and optimize the distribution processes. You will be the contact person for the different supermarkets to strengthen and develop the relationship with them as well as win new clients.

Your role highlights – your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for building up new and strengthen existing relationships with current and new supermarkets:
  
  • Visit regularly your customers and discuss the developments within the category as well as San
  Lucar's position within it
  
  • Support and suggestions on seasonal campaigns and product tastings
  
  • Give support for optimal presentation of our products in order to increase the sales of the articles
  
  • Process complaints regarding shortages, quality defects, etc.
  
  • Provide input and information to the commercial department
• You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and development of our supply and sales chain aiming for optimization achievements:
  
  • Analyze the distribution and sales processes in alignment with our strategy with the aim to optimize them
  
  • Identify, analyze and solve incidents along our supply chain and optimize correspondent processes
  
  • Come up and implement process improvements

Skills & Knowledge

• You have higher studies /Bachelor´s Degree in Economics, International Business, Agri Business, or similar

• You are fluent in Romanian as well as in German and English (speaking and writing)

• You have relevant work experience for at least 2 years

• You already gained experience in the retail sector, specially working in a supermarket (knowledge of processes and value chain)

• You are passionate about fresh goods, especially fruits and vegetables

• You have a commercial attitude with a
- evident independence, decisiveness, ambition and perseverance

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build good relationships, advise and negotiate

• You have
