Due to our ongoing expansion and growth, we seek a proactive Post-sale Agent to join our dynamic team and become an integral part of our commitment to excellence.
In this role you will be the key point of contact for our customers after their purchase, ensuring their experience with our company is smooth and satisfactory. Your role will involve managing all
- purchase interactions, from resolving issues and processing returns to providing chat support and monitoring delivery timelines. Your efforts will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome.

Returns Processing: Efficiently manage and process return requests in accordance with company policies.

Chat Support: Handle all
- sale inquiries through our chat platform, providing clear and helpful guidance. - - level="1">
Order Tracking: Keep a close eye on production and delivery deadlines, updating customers as necessary.

Customer Aftercare: Follow up with customers
- delivery to confirm their satisfaction and address any concerns. - - level="1">
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on all
- sale activities, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Excellent organizational abilities with good time management.

Prior experience in customer service is preferred, though not mandatory.

Fluent Romanian and English language skills, both written and verbal.
