Key responsibilities:

-        Elaborate calculations, specific calculations and S&LB pricing

-        Contribute to conversion to better performing offers

-        Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency

-        Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships

-        Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency

 Qualifications and requirements:

-        University degree/diploma (e. g. in business, management, economics, etc)

-        English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written)

-        2 years’ experience working in Customer Service

-        Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills

-        Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage

-        Continuous improvement mindset

-        Experience working in a
- lingual international organization

-        Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability

-        Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks

-        Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market
