Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Manager-English-Remote Romania
Project Management Services - Provide leadership for the Project Management (PM) through a proven project management methodology, preferably based on the Agile Framework / Project Management Institute’s Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMI PMBOK). The PM team will provide oversight of projects to help achieve successful implementation within the timelines and budgets specified.
Responsibilities
Manage, monitor and forecast project execution
Develop the work break down structure for the IT Readiness milestone and facilitate the execution of the WBS which includes but is not limited to:
o Procurement of the infrastructure necessary to implement the system
o Execution of the
- functional testing
o Implementation of Data Privacy and IT Security requirements in the infrastructure

Monitor the activities and deliverables identified in the WBS
Coordinate with the solution provider for the expected solution deliveries
Perform risk and issue management and identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Sponsor
Perform change management and escalate changes to the Project Sponsor
Ensure that the necessary documentation related to the release, installation, monitoring, maintenance of the IT system are correct and complete
Ensure that the necessary documentation related to the acceptance of the IT system are correct and complete
Prepare and maintain the documents necessary for the orderly conduct, recording and management of meetings, such as meeting minutes, actions logs, and other project management artifacts.
Facilitate and coordinate the integration of external systems/ external parties to the system being delivered
Contribute to process and methodological improvement based on performance analysis, lessons learned, project archives, etc.
Take corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope, as desired quality, in time and within budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation, etc. )
Ensure internal and external stakeholders management through effective communication
Advice the team for the best practices for project management and IT implementation and provide documentation or templates for implementing the best practices
Contribute to project's lifecycle improvement through lessons learned, project archives, etc.
Collect
- disclosure agreements, copyright assignments, technical environment setup forms, other
- time project documents
Collect and centralize regular status reports, specific reports – project related, etc.
Participate in the Steering Committee Meetings
o Submit progress reports to the Project Steering Committee
o Raise issues that needs to be elevated to the Project Steering Committee
Other project administration tasks
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Working knowledge in implementing projects using Agile methodology
At least 5 years of experience in projects involving multiple stakeholders, and integration of multiple systems
Has working experience in each stage of project implementation, from initiation to closing.
Ability to mentor at individual, team, and project levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills to gather business requirements effectively
Knowledge in the consumer goods or pharma industry is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Project Management certification or equivalent certification
