Job Description

As a Principal Engineer for Digital Design, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and quality of complex digital
-
- chip (So
Cs) for memory applications.

In your new role you will:

• Lead a team of digital designers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure successful So
  C development
• Develop and execute technical strategies for digital IPs and So
  C designs including architecture, RTL design, and DFT
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, including architecture, verification, STA and software teams, to ensure successful So
  C development
• Develop and mentor complex digital IP blocks, such as processors, peripherals, and interfaces
• Utilize
  - standard EDA tools, such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
• Debug and resolve complex design issues, including timing, power, and area optimization
• Perform design reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design quality
• Drive technical innovation and improvement, stay up to date with industry trends, and new design methodologies
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and junior mentoring within the digital design team to improve team performance

• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in digital So
  C design, with a focus on RTL design, verification, and implementation
• At least 3 years of leadership role, managing teams of digital designers
• Experience with
  - standard EDA tools, such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
• Strong understanding of digital design principles, including RTL design, synthesis, and
  -
  - route
• Excellent
  - solving skills, with the ability to debug complex design issues
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with
  - functional teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
