Job Description
As a Principal Engineer System Verification
you will act as a first customer to our products (which are addressing applications like payment, biometric identification, authentication, connectivity, etc) using them under all potential circumstances they could be used. Like this, you will be crucial in anticipating and therefore preventing any potential issues. By working closely with the concept and development teams, you will ensure exhaustive design verification and guarantee that verification goals are achieved.
In your new role, you will:

• Develop and maintain technical specifications and verification plans to ensure successful project execution
• Assess on the products requirements with the project team and drive the work package definition for system verification
• Design and implement test frameworks and solution for automation and validation tests
• Drive structured failure analysis, solution finding and build reports
• Work closely with quality department to ensure that our products meet the industry standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of test frameworks and validation tests
• Stay

  - date with industry trends and emerging Io
  T and security technologies and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve verification processes

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
• 10+ years’ experience in working with embedded systems ((microcontrollers, digital interfaces and communication protocols, RTOS and host devices) and corresponding laboratory equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc. )
• Proven knowledge in scripting languages (preferable Python) and C programming
• Proven experience with automation platforms (Jenkins /Git
  Lab Runner) and software architectures
• Proven experience in defining and developing tests and test frameworks, including remote control of host devices
• Proven ability to coordinate technical tasks
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Know-how to generate value with innovative solutions and openness to new ideas
• Fluent English
