The Process Administrator, Infrastructure and Operations - Processes Alignment & Communications, plays a key support role within the global team. This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and organization of processes performed by the IT I&O organization, contributing to global consistency and operational excellence.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Assist in designing and maintaining the IT I&O Processes Management Framework, ensuring visibility and alignment to the
- level structure across the mentioned organization.

Provide support in updating and maintaining an annual progress roadmap to help prioritize the development and revision of policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Work with the Knowledge Management team to ensure accurate and

- date process documentation is crafted, published and easily accessible.

Help educate IT I&O team members to ensure they understand and consistently follow processes across all global regions.

Collaborate with process owners and domain experts to align processes with industry standard methodologies, contributing to improvements in efficiency.

Works with IT teams to help find opportunities for automating processes, integrating digital tools, and incorporating technology into existing workflows.

Offer support in designing and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and control mechanisms to supervise the usage and adoption of processes

Help capture data and generate reports on internal performance metrics and communicate the efficiency of the Processes Alignment and Communications team.

Builds and maintains effective communication channels with the IT I&O management team and Business Unit IT representatives to ensure flawless coordination and information flow.

Who You Are:

You enjoy crafting clear procedures within the organizations you support by maintaining and working on an efficient Process Management framework. You engage in both internal and external communications, and you are motivated by the opportunity to assist in building a comprehensive framework around these processes. You promote efficiency and productivity improvements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree in a related field (IT, Engineering, Communications, Business)

- Years of Experience in a Similar Role ( in process administration, coordination, or a related support role, preferably within an IT or operations environment)

Basic experience in documenting, organizing, and maintaining process frameworks, policies, or procedures.

Prior experience interacting with
- functional teams, and assisting with internal communications.

Proficiency with office and communication tools like Microsoft Office, Share
Point, MS Teams, Visio and other project management or collaboration platforms (Oracle, Service
Now)

Advanced English is a must, any other language is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

While deep IT knowledge may not be required, a foundational understanding of IT operations or service management would be beneficial.

Proficient in creating flowcharts using Visio and generating detailed reports with Excel and other MS Office Tools.

Problem-solving abilities to address process gaps and drive improvements
