About the Role

In this high visibility and dynamic role, you will be responsible in collaborating with Process Experts from Grid Technologies Services Organization in order to improve their processes. This includes analyzing their business processes, identify inefficiencies, propose process standardization and use process automation to further eliminate manual/inefficient work. You will need to create process documentation design documents that describe the automation requirements. You will work with internal customers to prioritize initiatives based on the highest impact and eventually
- engineer the process before automizing it. An understanding of user centered design, empathy for end users of the product and the ability to effectively gather customer pain points and identify solutions is critical. Automation development knowledge is crucial in order to implement the respective automations required by the organization.
This role demands automation development knowledge, strong collaboration, communication, and partnering skills, clear business understanding, operational mindset, and creative
