In our PMO Division (Europe), we are looking for a Process Manager PM dedicated to Steering Wheels, located both in Brasov and Sf. Gheorghe.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Monitor compliance with established processes and standards
• Develop and refine project management processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide guidance and support for new processes implementation
• Gather, analyze and present data on project performance and also propose optimizing solutions
• Collaborating with PMs, teams, stakeholders or other functions for different purposes: support, audits, identify bottlenecks, educate, gather feedback etc.

What skills will make you successful:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
• 1-3 years Project Management experience;
• solid working knowledge in Open Project/Agile, Excel and Power
  Point, AFIS, Power BI;
• strong business Acumen;
• excellent ability to gather, analyze and present data;
• ability to develop, implement and coach process improvements;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• fluency in English; German/French is a plus;
• ability and willingness to travel.
