Procurement Analyst
What you will be doing

As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll ensure seamless vendor partnerships and
- effective sourcing for our global Engineering Operations team. Your work will directly support our commitment to responsiveness, compliance, and innovation in a
- paced Fin
Tech environment.
In this role you’ll:
- Partner with Engineering teams to source IT, Saa
S, and cloud infrastructure vendors, negotiating contracts that align with cost, compliance, and risk standards. - Optimize vendor terms (SLAs, pricing, scalability) in collaboration with internal stakeholders, legal and finance team to support company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with global vendors
- Monitor supplier performance (e. g. , delivery timelines, cost savings, service utilization rates).
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities using Google suite and BI tools.
- Develop
- time dashboards to track procurement metrics for stakeholders. - Streamline complex procurement workflows in collaboration with Engineering teams (e. g. , automating approvals via JIRA).
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years in procurement, vendor management, or Fin
Tech/IT operations. - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage
- value IT/cloud vendors. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e. g. ,
- corruption laws, GDPR). - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with procurement software (Coupa, Ariba) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with JIRA for workflow management.
