Inviting applications for the role of Procurement Specialist – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Remote Romania
In this role, you will support the indirect operational process of a worldwide FMCG customer.
Responsibilities
• Running compliance checks on all Free text PR incoming via Coupa.
• Re-routing PRs via approved Buying Channels (catalogs or
- forms) and preferred vendors;
• Handling inquiries from internal customers as well as from external vendors and delivering professional, helpful,
- quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.
• Performing Helpdesk process in Service Now, for transactional procurement process (PO/GR cancellation, PO reopening, etc), User Management process (maintaining roles and approval groups) as well as working closely with IT to solve all System issues Coupa requestors might encounter.
• Monitor and take proper action in solving all Integration errors between Coupa and SAP, by working closely with IT department, when needed.
• Maintaining clear records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Developing the communication with customers to have a smooth transactional process.
• Supervising generic email box for incoming queries as well as resolving them as per the agreed SLAs.
• Keeping track of all requests received, either through ticket or manual tracker, for efficiency and
- up purposes.
• Following-up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quick resolutions.
• Providing periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised.
• Transferring/Raising inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Finding opportunities to improve or to streamline the process.
• Proactively act and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Update the working procedures periodically
• Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
Minimum Qualification
Language required is Spanish and English, both minimum level B2+
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred (not mandatory) exposure in working with typical ERP tools deployed in Procurement environment (Coupa, SAP, Service Now etc. )
