The Procurement Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing procurement reports that support the company’s procurement strategies. This role entails working closely with procurement COE, finance, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver insights to optimize procurement performance.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES    

• System Management – Assist with adding contracts and new suppliers, maintain contract in accordance to policies and procedures; process change Process Orders in line with approved requirements 
• Reporting & Analysis – Provide accurate & timely data analysis & support for all relevant stakeholders e. g. Global Procurement, Strategic Sourcing Managers, Supply Chain Managets etc.
• Provide support and resolutions for Procurement global tools 
• Offer training for Procurement tools 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• Advanced English level 
• 2+ years' experience in procurement / finance / data analysis roles (with focus on data collection, analysis & report development)
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
• Procurement knowledge / understanding and familiarity with BI tools (e. g. Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP / ARIBA)
• Analytical mindset, ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills,  ability to work
  - functionally and present data insights to stakeholders
