Key job responsibilities

Review and classify products on their hazardous risk

Uphold the highest customer experience standards by identifying and removing products that are not in line with Amazon’s policies

Collaborate with various teams and vendors to foster a culture of safety in your area of the business

Consistently analyse safety performance and use findings to recommend improvements

A day in the life

In your role as a Senior Compliance Associate, you will ensure that safety remains a priority for colleagues, vendors, and customers. Our Senior Compliance Associates are spread across the globe, from Krakow to Costa Rica. You’ll have flexible hours in a hybrid role, allowing you to balance your time between the office and home.

You’ll be a crucial point of reference across product compliance. From day one, you’ll be using your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address

- day risks, ensuring nothing is overlooked. You’ll always have safety on your mind, while building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and colleagues. This role will see you facilitate effective communication, with everyone from leaders to new employees, so everyone understands their role in keeping operations running smoothly.
