We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst. In this role, you will support the General Manager and work closely with the
- functional product team to enable them to make better decisions faster. We have a strong culture of

The perfect fit for this role is someone who’s practically a pro at diving into massive datasets, churning out actionable insights, setting product goals and metrics like it’s second nature, and juggling multiple experiments like a champ, all without breaking a sweat.
What you’ll be doing- Analyse data to uncover actionable insights and inform product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses,
- term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more.
- Leverage your expertise in analytics, data science, and storytelling to gain insights beyond raw data and understand how our users interact with our products and how those insights can inform our product strategy.
- Detect and resolve data anomalies, pinpoint shifts in metric trends, and ensure data integrity through rigorous analysis and systematic
- solving.
- Collaborate with the product team to define, plan, run, and evaluate experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests.
- Partner with engineering to implement, document, validate, and monitor our logging and metrics and ensure we collect the correct data to produce relevant insights.
- Build practical
- serve tools and visualization dashboards to streamline analytics operations and speed
- making.
- Support data engineering by crafting simple, reliable data pipelines and automated reporting for metric tracking.
- Collaborate with product management to define
- focused product goals and an
- driven roadmap, balancing effort, impact, and risk.

What you’ll need to succeed- You’ve extensive experience working as a product analyst and get excited about analyzing millions of rows of raw data to uncover insights (large and complex data is your thing).
- You know your way around SQL, such as Postgres and Standard SQL, and can quickly jump into using statistical software such as Python and R.
- You're
- versed in behavioural analytics and believe in scientific methods like experimentation analytics, including A/B testing and multivariate testing, and when needed, can lean on significance analysis,
- parametric methods, bootstrapping and causal inference. And yes, you know the pros and cons of choosing a Bayesian statistical approach versus a frequentist approach.
- You are an expert at turning data into insights and insights into stories that you present with ease (data visualization and storytelling are the ingredients).
- You’re passionate about building great products for users but also deeply understand what makes the product succeed commercially.
- You’re experienced in defining effective goals and product metrics and establishing KPIs that serve as reliable benchmarks for evaluating the success of every launch.
- You can work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done and can thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence the people you work with.
Bonus points
- If you’ve worked on online dating, social discovery, community or entertainment products, but it’s not essential.
- A degree in mathematics, operations research, statistics, computer science or other related quantitative fields.
- Experience working with Big
