Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI solutions;

Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis;

Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements;

Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business goals;

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, business leaders, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment;

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams;

Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product delivery.

Development Oversight:

Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings;

Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle;

Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in AI;

Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;

Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement;

Drive iterative development and continuous delivery practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred;

5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on AI solutions;

Proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven products or solutions;

Experience working in agile development environments;

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics;

Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools (e. g. , Tensor
Flow, Py
Torch);

Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong analytical and
- solving abilities;

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services;

Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies;

Experience with data visualization and BI tools;

Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and data privacy regulations.
