About the role:
As a Product Manager for Growth at Pet Media Group, you will take full ownership of driving
- driven,
- led growth across our 6 markets. This role demands a highly technical and analytical individual with deep experience in marketplaces, who can create and execute growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention and beyond. This is a full stack individual contributor PM role: from strategy through to delivery. Your mission will be to leverage data and analytics to build and optimize product features and strategies that accelerate buyer and breeder growth, increase engagement, and maximize lifetime value on our platforms.
You will work closely with our marketplace Product Managers and collaborate with marketing, engineering, data, and customer success teams to develop solutions to achieve scalable growth. Your ability to analyze complex datasets, iterate quickly, and build seamless product experiences will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth as we scale further.

Key Responsibilities:
Product-Led Growth Initiatives:
- Define and lead the execution of the overall product-led growth (PLG) strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the development and implementation of
- driven growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation and retention. - Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by leveraging data analytics, experimentation, and user feedback.
Marketplace Optimization:
- Leverage your marketplace experience to enhance product features that drive both the supply (breeders) and demand (buyers) side of our platforms.
- Use advanced data analysis techniques to identify growth levers specific to a marketplace business model, balancing both user acquisition and engagement.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead a cross-functional growth team (engineering, marketing, data, and customer success) to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the broader product and engineering teams to design and deliver the features you need to execute your strategy.
- Embrace our data-centric culture, ensuring your team uses analytics and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc. ) to make informed growth decisions.
- Drive collaboration with engineering to optimize data infrastructure and analytics tools, ensuring the team has the right resources to make
- driven decisions.
Data-Driven Customer Lifecycle Optimization:
- Own the optimization of the customer journey by leveraging data to inform user segmentation and developing personalized user experiences across the lifecycle.
- Continuously refine user journeys from acquisition to retention, working with customer success and marketing to enhance lifetime value (LTV) and loyalty.
Required Qualifications and Skills:- 3+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on growth, ideally in a marketplace or Saa
S environment. - Proven success in driving

- driven approach, with a track record of experimenting, testing, and scaling growth features. - Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and how to balance supply and demand to maximize growth.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and growth metrics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Experience working
- functionally with teams such as marketing, engineering, data, and customer success to execute growth initiatives. - Strong technical skills with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude. SQL (must have experience with querying databases to extract and analyze data).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate growth strategies and

- technical stakeholders. - A passion for A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization based on
