Position Overview

As our Creative Product Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of our barefoot shoe collections, ensuring they align with our sustainability goals and resonate with our eco-conscious audience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product development, create compelling product presentations, and execute effective promotional strategies that reflect our brand's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Management

• Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure products meet our sustainability and functionality standards.
• Coordinate product launches, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
• You will collaborate with our copywriter to develop and refine creative product descriptions that showcase the unique benefits of barefoot living and sustainable materials.

Creative Presentation

• Lead the conceptualization and creation of innovative product presentations across digital platforms, print materials, and in-store displays.
• Work closely with the branding team to ensure all visuals and messaging reflect the brand's ethos of sustainability and minimalist design.

Promotion & Marketing

• Partner with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that highlight the ecological and health benefits of our barefoot shoes.
• Develop storytelling strategies to connect our products with environmentally conscious lifestyles.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and sales.

Project Management

• Manage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth workflows and on-time project completion.
• Maintain detailed timelines and documentation for all product and marketing initiatives.

Sustainability Advocacy

• Stay updated on sustainable practices and innovations in the footwear and fashion industries.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all materials and processes align with our sustainability goals.
• Educate customers and stakeholders on the benefits of sustainable barefoot living through engaging content.

Qualifications

• Creative Vision: Strong storytelling skills and an artistic eye for product presentation and branding.
• Sustainability Passion: A deep commitment to sustainability and a good understanding of eco-friendly materials and practices.
• Organizational Prowess: Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand's mission and values effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (e. g. , Monday, Trello)
• Experience: 3-5 years in product management, product design, marketing, or related fields. Experience in sustainability-focused industries or the footwear sector is highly desirable.
