About the job:

Every
Matrix is looking to hire a Product Marketing specialist for the Casino Games unit with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and working for slots development studios in a B2B environment.

This role contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies to raise awareness of our growing portfolio of 200+ casino games part of the exclusive Slot
Matrix offering and deliver the marketing strategy for Fantasma Games, Armadillo Studios, and Spearhead Studios.

As part of the Casino Games Unit team, the role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer of the Casino Games Unit and it’s a link between Every
Matrix Group Marketing and sales, operations, and account management of the Casino Games unit.

What you'll get to do:

• Create the yearly marketing plan for the Casino Games division.
• Participate in the development of B2B market communication campaigns for game launches.
• Define and write the narratives, messaging, positioning, core value proposition and differentiation.
• Conduct ongoing research to identify the right mix of marketing channels with a focus on digital, social, and meaningful i
  Gaming media.
• Partner with affiliates, streamers, and gaming influencers to promote games.
• Coordinate implementation by bringing together people from Group Marketing, sales, game production, game operations, and account management teams.
• Work with the Group Marketing team (communications, social media, event management, design) and/or 3^rd party agencies to create advertising campaigns.
• Analyze the performances of our games related marketing efforts and report periodically to the Casino Games unit stakeholders and Group Head of Marketing.

What You need to know:

• Slot games passionate with 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing in the gaming or casino industry.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns for slot and casino games or similar products in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships in the gaming space.
• Live casino game promotion experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Excellent English command and written communication skills.
• Professionalism in all aspects of daily tasks.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply and promote responsible gaming.
