We are recruiting for our client, a multinational company active in the textile industry: Production Planner

Monitoring and adjusting the planning activities so that production scheduling is matching and accordingly with existing capacity of production, existing stocks and delivery dates requested by the customers;

Daily
- up of the production WIP – Work in Progress (everything that was completed the day before and what will follow to be completed on the current day);

Checking and if needed, interfering, if there are any unclear procedures to be
- up regarding the finishing or inspection process.

Periodically participation in meetings concerning production, together with Production Managers or Production Shift Leaders.

Consulting the shipments and delivery dates, together with the responsible persons from the Logistics Department;

Daily
- up of existing stock and future needs for the raw materials.

Checking-up the new orders entry and making sure that the stock of raw materials is sufficient for existing load or for the prioritized orders (any unclarity, possible shortage or issues to be addressed and to be discuss with the responsible person from the Purchasing Department);

Permanently checking and adjusting the orders of which the delivery date has been changed, cancelled or postponed;

Checking in the system the existence of the technical files necessary to start the new material orders.

Constantly
- up the status of the running orders - if they will comply with the confirmation and will be completed on time; inform the Sales Department if they will suffer any delay;

Daily
- up of production output, the list of materials that were
- conform, blocked by Quality Department, that will have to be refinished,
- inspected or reproduced;

Always using production capacity as efficiently as possible in order to ensure the best

PROFILE:

You have an university degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in the work field;

You are self driven, dedicated and have excellent communication skills;

You are open, smart oriented, friendly, positive and have good admin skills and high attention to details;

You have the ability to prioritize and to work under pressure;

You are result oriented;

You have knowledge of MS Office;

Knowledge of SAP constitutes as an advantage;

You speak English fluently.

The position is HYBRID: 3 days work from home, 2 days at the office
