Iron Mountain's Data Restoration and Migration Services (DRMS) group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will lead two critical areas: DRMS solution design and sales support, and DRMS business operations management and implementation. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical expertise, promoting our DRMS products and services, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our customers.
Your role in our mission
Develop customer solutions in consultation with sales teams, leveraging Iron Mountain's DRMS capabilities.
Provide technical support for RFP responses and perform detailed product demonstrations.
Present solutions, proposals, and presentations to potential customers.
Manage the implementation of DRMS programs and projects
- sales.
Serve as an escalation point for vendor billing and customer service issues.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance

- market and product delivery capabilities.
Valued skills and experience
Numerous years of program manager experience ideally in data and tape storage technology and workflows, including tape storage management software, Linear Tape Open and enterprise tape formats, and tape library workflows.
Experience understanding customer situations and business requirements to design effective solutions.
Proven experience in
- facing roles; technical sales support experience is ideal.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid planning and organizational abilities
Fluent English
