Project Admin Team Lead with English Iași

Short Description

In this role you will act as people manager for Cash Collections and Project Admin team, being a mentor for your team members. Your key responsibility will be related to managing Project Admin processes, ensuring delivery of
- quality service according to KPI / SLA. Due to small team size at the beginning the role assumes part time processing of transactions, to excel the process and be an expert in managed area and be able to support the team in everyday questions.

Qualifications

- Experience in Finance & Accounting area – 5 years

- Bachelor's Degree: Economics, F&A or similar

- At least B2 level of English

- Experience in leading a team or projects

- Ability to analyze end to end processes

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach

- Ability to work under time pressure

- Very good customer service skills and
- focused attitude

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks
